The way how you cooperate with us, is normally customer send original samples to us, or send part drawing to us, we will offer not only quotation list, but also DFM, PART FEASIBILITY REPORT, MOLD FLOW ANALYSIS REPORT, and sometimes BOM LIST as customer’s demands, of course also mould 3D for customer checking. Since we pay high attention to all designing job. A good design is the heart of a bumper mould, and therefore, we pay close attention to mold core components(like mold structure, part cooling and movement mechanism etc) to ensure high quality molds at a minimum cycle.
